About This Course
The Level 2 Food Safety – Retail course addresses the specific food safety challenges faced by retail food businesses. Unlike catering or manufacturing environments, retail settings involve the storage, display, and sale of a wide variety of food products, often including both ambient and chilled goods, which demands a strong understanding of temperature management and stock rotation principles.
