Fire Safety Onsite Training Courses Ireland
Practical fire safety training delivered at your premises across Ireland. Phoenix STS supports workplaces, healthcare providers and facilities teams with fire warden, fire safety awareness, evacuation and related onsite courses built around the building people actually use.

Onsite Fire Safety Training at Your Premises
Phoenix STS delivers onsite fire safety training at workplaces across Ireland. These courses suit employers, facilities managers and healthcare providers who need practical, instructor-led training for their staff. An instructor comes to your premises, so the training uses your own escape routes, alarm points, fire doors and procedures.
The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Fire Services Acts 1981 and 2003 require employers to provide adequate fire safety training for staff. In plain terms, every workplace must train its people in what to do if fire breaks out, and must keep records to prove it.
Phoenix STS is a CPD Standards Office accredited provider. Course options range from fire safety awareness for general staff to fire warden, evacuation chair, fire door inspection and fire safety management training. Each course page sets out duration, group size and certification.
To arrange onsite training, send an enquiry through our contact page or call 043 334 9611. Tell us your premises type, staff numbers and preferred dates. Some courses, including fire warden training, also run as public scheduled courses. Public dates can be viewed and booked at events.phoenixsts.ie.

Training that works in your own building
Onsite training is useful because staff can connect the course to familiar doors, alarms, escape routes, assembly points and local procedures. The aim is to help people understand prevention, alarm response, safe initial actions, communication and evacuation arrangements that suit the building. Where equipment is part of the course, it is covered in a controlled and realistic way, not as a staged emergency.
How On-Site Fire Safety Training Works
A practical process for matching training to your premises, staff roles and fire safety arrangements.
Confirm the Training Need
We confirm the type of premises, staff roles, shift patterns, existing procedures and the course or combination of courses that best fits the risk.
Deliver Training On Site
A Phoenix STS instructor attends your premises, so staff can relate the training to the building, escape routes, fire doors, alarm arrangements and local procedures they use every day.
