Course Overview

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations place duties on all parties involved in construction projects to plan, manage, and coordinate health and safety throughout all stages of a project. This CPD-accredited course provides an essential overview of CDM responsibilities for clients, designers, principal contractors, and workers.

The course covers the key roles and duties under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, including project notification requirements, the role of the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), and the importance of pre-construction information and safety files.
