Managers receive access to a dashboard showing which staff have enrolled, their progress through modules, and who has completed the theory. This helps you plan practical session attendance and ensures everyone is ready before the on-site training day. How much shorter are the practical sessions compared to full on-site courses? This varies by course, but typically blended practical sessions are 40-60% shorter than full on-site courses. For example, a course that would normally take a full day on-site might have a 2-3 hour practical session when delivered as blended learning, as the theory has already been covered online. Is the certification the same for blended and full on-site courses? Yes. Both delivery methods result in the same certification with the same validity period. The learning outcomes and competency standards are identical; only the delivery method differs. Certificates do not distinguish between blended and full on-site completion.
