Request access to your personal data

Read our Subject Access Requests guidance for the complete process, contact details, response times and information about your rights.

You can make a request by emailing info@phoenixsts.ie or verbally, including by calling 043 334 9611. You do not need to complete a form or download a PDF.

The guidance explains proportionate identity checks, the normal one-month response period, possible extensions, limited charging circumstances and the right to raise a concern with the Data Protection Commission.

Optional online form

Open the Learner and Customer Requests form and choose Personal data request. Submissions go to info@phoenixsts.ie. The email, telephone and postal routes described on this page remain available; using this form is optional.

Give a short initial summary and the relevant course or reference. Do not include PPS numbers, bank details, detailed health records or another person's private information. Arrange sensitive supporting evidence separately. The form has no upload facility and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against automated submissions.

The form is optional. A personal data request does not depend on completing it; email and other contact routes remain available. Identity checks, where necessary, are arranged separately.
