This Level 1 Food Safety – Catering Course has been created for all workers in the food-related environment, not just those involved directly with preparing or handling food. Front of house staff, checkout staff, waiters, bar staff, food delivery drivers and warehouse staff will all benefit from this course. This course familiarises delegates with basic food hygiene practices so they can work safely near food.
