Additional Information

Current legislation applies to all workplaces regardless of the number of employees and requires employers to provide adequate training in fire awareness for all members of their staff. The Fire Warden (Marshal) Course will assist you in meeting your legal obligation to ensure the safety of all occupants on your premises from the risks associated with a fire.

The Fire Warden (sometimes known as fire marshals) are civilians trained to assist in emergency fire evacuation procedures at businesses and other organizations. It is a legal obligation that workplaces must have a sufficient number of fire wardens (marshals) to deal with fire emergencies.

This course provides extensive knowledge of fire prevention, evacuation protocol and using portable fire extinguishers.
